my apple watch streak has ended. it finally broke
yesterday at 49 days. since the apple watch doesn’t have time for rest days, i
lower my exercise and move goals to 60% for 5 days every four weeks. i did it
this week, but yesterday when i came back from going out with my mom, i took a
mean-ass 4 hour nap. i didn’t think too much of it until right as i was finna
fall asleep. now i’m up late thinking was that nap really worth it?
yes, yes it was.
