breaking legs, 8.1.25

today is the first day of not doing 15k steps a day. my legs are relieved, plus they’ve earned a well-deserved break. since its august, i have a new challenge for myself. i’ve resubscribed the 100g protein a day, but i’m adding drinking 100oz of water as well. i usually don’t drink much so that’s a good one for me right now. it’s also nice because with the 15k steps, it would take an extra 2 or 3 hours of cardio, but with drinking 100oz, it’s not so much of a time commitment therefore i can focus on other things such as the music or the writing.
