i bought this back stretcher off amazon along with a posture corrector. the back stretcher is slightly painful at first, but when i get off, it is so relieving. i do it in 5 minute increments. i’m hoping to get at least 20 minutes in a day. 10 in the morning, 10 before i go to bed. the goal is to take care of myself better than i have been.
we’ll see how long i can keep this up, but for now, things are going good.
