sometimes the world is too much. i just want to be alone, and i don’t think solitude in a time like this is selfish. there is good, and there is evil. i’ve accepted that, but the balance seems to be quite off lately. things will always happen, but that doesn’t always mean they should, and for that i am sorry. we as a society have failed you among numerous others. you are reunited with your mother now because we couldn’t take care of you down here, and although that isn’t what should’ve happened, that is the reality we are living in.
not only do i hope we find change in the name of justice when all is said and done, but i hope we’ll find our peace again soon.
