i have after-work plans again today. i’m excited,
but i’m also tired. i think i’ll get home, walk bagel, then take a nap. i hope
i can wake up around dinner time and not at 11:00pm like i usually do. i keep
saying it, but sleep debt is real.
the key is, is the time worth the debt or is the debt compromising your time?
