chan pulled into cfa. when we got out i noticed the cop car he parked next to said gaston county. as i said that’s by charlotte, a sheriff walked out and said ‘indeed it is.’ i told him it was ironic because i live in charlotte but was visiting my brother and didn’t expect to see a gaston county sheriff in raleigh, and he told me he brings people to and from raleigh/charlotte. as we walked in, he told me to enjoy my time in raleigh. i automated responded and said i’d see him around, although on second thought, i hope i don’t see him around.
out of all the things i’m doing this year, looking for trouble isn’t on the list.
