i drove to get sakura 8 and there was a guy and a girl in the parking lot, leaning on the hoods of their cars talking. when i parked, i sat for a few seconds people-watching them from my rear-view mirror. they were laughing, touch-flirting, and having a good time. if i had to guess, they were either together or well on their way to being together. parking lot conversations are some of the best conversations lovers can have. it’s so romantic, yet so innocent. especially after work. they be hittin’ on another level with someone you’re interested in, i’m telling you. i got out the car and walked past them into sakura 8; smiling, reminiscing on the few i’ve had throughout the years.
