i showed up to work for one meeting. they even pushed it up, so i rushed out the crib, luggage and all. i showed up, only to find out i could’ve taken this meeting from home. we just finished, and i have 5 hours to kill before heading to the airport. i would head home, but going there and back would cost me a little over 2 hours. i think i’ll go to assembly row and eat a nice meal. maybe walk around and shop? who knows…i still have to drop a few packages at ups, so i gotta do that, too. there are ways to fill the time, but i’d rather have been at home with bagel. more so today than others because it is abnormally warm up. it’s like low 50’s. in boston?? during february?? that’s unlike my experience at all. regardless, we back home with it for the weekend.
i’ve been ready to be back in 919, i don’t come home enough.
