The Story of Phillip and Carlos

What began as a 6th grade school project
ended up being my first written book. The story of Phillip and Carlos was hand-written by either an 11 or a 12-year-old me. The story is 14 pages long accompanied by 8 illustrations. The book itself features 3 bonus drawings. I forgot about this book until I came back to my parents’ house and was cleaning a few closets out. I’m glad they kept this because I didn’t know I wanted to be a writer at the time, but growing into who I am today this book is a wonderful reminder of the early stages of this journey and the importance of fostering your interests as a child can do for you.
Synopsis:
Carlos is a famous and maybe one of the greatest detectives who have ever lived, but one day Carlos found a threatening letter on his desk. It threatens to kill Robby (Carlos’ best friend). Who would do this and why? Read this book to find out!
About the Author:
Born April 22nd, 1993. Ratha Loun has not wrote a book yet. The Story of Phillip + Carlos is his first book. 3 days away from finishing the 6th grade, there is way more out there for ideas to pop into his head so he could write his second book. This is his signature.
