I was driving to Friday’s last Sunday to cash in on a special that they have going on for the whole summer. You can get a full-rack of ribs for 10 dollars, and it comes with two sides. That’s been my Sunday routine for the past couple of weeks. I got in my car to make this weekly pilgrimage. There was a concert at the PNC, so I had to take the back roads to get on to University. The sunset looked warmer than usual, so I decided to take a picture of it as I was driving. Not the safest thing to do, but what can I say? I’m still here, aren’t I?

Sitting in my hotel room in Miami thinking about how nice it would be to share this with you. I can’t even imagine. There’s a certain feeling that comes with being surrounded by what you perceive you want. It heightens every feeling via every sense you have at your disposal. 

2016 years into the Common Era. 4 days into the 6th month of that year. I wake up. I remember seeing 8:37am on the Fitbit, turning around, and proceeding the go back to sleep. I woke up for the last time a few hours later around 11. The blinds and drapes are lightly colored, so there’s an opaque kind of shine from the sun in the room. I don’t have a shirt on, and the room is quiet, but I still can hear what’s going on downstairs.
